I definitely would not recommend using this agency, even if you need help you’re better off applying directly by yourself. Poor communication throughout and negligent of my application. The process could literally not have been any worse and staff are very dismissive, at every point I’ve had to beg for information and help because of their lack of professionalism. Loads of issues with my admission but had they listened to me months ago, or at any point I kept explain the situation, it could have been resolved.
