Brilliant

One word, Brilliant! This is the first time that I've used an agent that supplies via a UK based main dealer. I was able to get exactly the car of my choice It was delivered to my home address on the date of my choosing. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and be 100% happy before the final payment was made. Harley was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I now have a lovely new car, thousands of pounds cheaper than if I had used my local main dealer.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with

I've just received delivery of a sports car on which it's very difficult to obtain a discount at the dealers. UK Car Discounts gave me a hefty discount and then dealt with the whole process from ordering to delivery in a really pleasant and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly and they were always there at the end of a phone, or by email to answer any queries. I couldn't have been more pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Great company easy to order off their web site, the savings are great against purchasing from dealer, also helpful on the phone with any problems, good customer service kept informed on delivery progress, arrives when stated you don't pay until delivered and happy with car would recommend buy from this company.

Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

Huge saving on list price

Huge saving on list price with no haggling. Thoroughly professional service with excellent communication. Didn't have to pay the balance until the car was on my drive and I had inspected it. The V5 document turned up today, 3 days after the car. If you are looking to buy a new car, you owe it to yourself to at least look into this. Would recommend 100%.

This is the second car I have bought with this company. I had no problems with the first and so far so good with second. I got exactly the car I wanted: I had to wait for order delivery but I expected that as I was told upfront the order to delivery time.

I was very dubious about buying a car …

I was very dubious about buying a car on line initially but I have to say that the service has been great and I have saved a lot of money. I did a price comparison with three main dealers and none of them could get near the price I paid. I now have the car and it is all I hoped it would be and it did come from a dealer but not in this area. i would recommend UK Car Discount to anyone.

Very Professional Team & Saved Lots of Money !

First time buying a car from the "internet" so a little skeptical at first, however, UK Car Discount are a very professional team, answered all my questions promptly. Car was delivered to exact (UK Supplied) spec, with options that I ordered, I paid the balance after delivery (which takes away almost all the risk, this does differentiate UK Car Discount from other internet suppliers) process worked faultlessly. Finally saved a huge amount of money vs. dealer prices !

The whole process was very straightforward and relaxed.

I was slightly uneasy about making such a large purchase online but the whole process was very straightforward and relaxed. It is far more pleasant than going to a dealership. No hanging around, very courteous, no hard sell and no pushing of finance that we didn't want. The staff were without exception helpful and informed. The car was delivered exactly as specified and all administration was very smooth. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service

I was worried about initially making such a large purchase online but the people at UK Car Discount talked me through everything and answered all my questions. The result is that I now have a brand new Nissan and have saved a lot of money. I would certainly buy from this company again.
