Brilliant

One word, Brilliant! This is the first time that I've used an agent that supplies via a UK based main dealer. I was able to get exactly the car of my choice It was delivered to my home address on the date of my choosing. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and be 100% happy before the final payment was made. Harley was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I now have a lovely new car, thousands of pounds cheaper than if I had used my local main dealer.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with

I've just received delivery of a sports car on which it's very difficult to obtain a discount at the dealers. UK Car Discounts gave me a hefty discount and then dealt with the whole process from ordering to delivery in a really pleasant and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly and they were always there at the end of a phone, or by email to answer any queries. I couldn't have been more pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Great company to buy from saving money

Great company easy to order off their web site, the savings are great against purchasing from dealer, also helpful on the phone with any problems, good customer service kept informed on delivery progress, arrives when stated you don't pay until delivered and happy with car would recommend buy from this company.

Great service and price for my new car

Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

An excellent experience buying a car from this family run business. The web site was easy to use and the customer service I received over the phone was first class. I saved £5000 on my new car buying through UK Car Discount. I did a test payment before delivery to check that they received it. My car came on a trailer on time and it was fine. I will use this company again when the wife wants a new car.

This is the 3rd time I've used UK Car…

Excellent company - highly recommended

This company provides a top quality before and after sales customer service. The sales process was straightforward and all staff were very helpful and dealt with any queries promptly and politely. I particularly liked the fact that I did not have to go through a telephone option menu as calls were answered by a person rather than a machine. My particular thanks go to Brian and Ryan. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am so pleased with my car and would not hesitate to buy a car from this company in the future.

Just taken delivery of brand new car would thoroughly recommend. Has to be said I was initially a little concerned about buying a car through an Internet site. The experience I’ve had with UK car discount has been absolutely fantastic. Very rarely do you come across a company which delivers both fantastic customer service and an incredible discount. Communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. Was always really easy to get in touch with all the people at UK car discount by phone. just paid an initial deposit. You then take delivery of the car. Make the payment. Then V5 will arrive in a few days. The discount you get cannot be touched by the dealers.

From my first telephone call to Harley

From my first telephone call to Harley, I felt quite sure I could trust them to give me advice, carry out my Order and deliver it on time: as promised. I also have had help from Brian, who organised the date and time of delivery and receiving payment on the day. The new vehicle was delivered by a pleasant chap who spent time looking over the car with me and then sitting down in the car with me to teach me about all the controls. I would recommend this Company to everyone who wants good honest service and wishes to feel their money is safe. EXCELLENT.
