Brilliant

One word, Brilliant! This is the first time that I've used an agent that supplies via a UK based main dealer. I was able to get exactly the car of my choice It was delivered to my home address on the date of my choosing. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and be 100% happy before the final payment was made. Harley was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I now have a lovely new car, thousands of pounds cheaper than if I had used my local main dealer.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with

I've just received delivery of a sports car on which it's very difficult to obtain a discount at the dealers. UK Car Discounts gave me a hefty discount and then dealt with the whole process from ordering to delivery in a really pleasant and efficient manner. Everything went smoothly and they were always there at the end of a phone, or by email to answer any queries. I couldn't have been more pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Great service and price for my new car

Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

Can’t fault this company

Can’t fault this company. From ordering my car through to delivery they have been great. I was a bit nervous as I’ve always bought cars from local main dealers before. This is the first time buying online and I can honestly say I will never look back. Any future vehicles will be coming from uk car discount. Great service great staff great prices.

Totally satisfied - again!

The best way to buy a brand new car!!!

Absolutely excellent service and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a brand new car. I was nervous, have always bought new from the dealer but the savings seemed too good to not at least look into and they impressed me throughout. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and friendly, communication was good all through the process. It was a factory order so estimated delivery 12-14 weeks but it actually came after 8 weeks. Fantastic friendly delivery service and support on the phone throughout. Car is perfect, with the reassurance it has come from Citroen dealer for it’s PDI and warranty in tact. Will buy my next car from UK Car Discount without question. They made the process simple, without all the wasted hours in dealers negotiating the price and wanted less deposit (the dealer wanted Β£5k deposit which is a bit extreme!) Honestly couldn’t fault them!
