I can’t fault travel republic
I can’t fault travel republic. Have used them many times many years now. Never a problem and if there has been , efficiently and politely resolved. Prices are very good tea when you compare with other sites.

Reps not as knowledgeable
I disliked that TP reps on the phone were not very knowledgeable about changing flights luggage, that I could in fact change this myself when checking in. I disliked that my hotel was changed when we were holidaying with friends, although this worked out well as we preferred the Beach Star

We booked a holiday with my cousin and…
We booked a holiday with my cousin and his wife but unfortumately, shortly after doing so we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were brilliant and understanding, with prompt service to help with the cancellation and refunds.
