Had an extraction with a dental surgeon. Very polite, very professional and the assistant was very informative and put me at ease.

I have some mobility difficulties which make t difficult for me to stand for long. Happily here I had no problems as a seat was immediately available and I had been able to update all my information at home on my mobile, The reception staff were pleasant polite and very helpful. My dentist was as ever brilliant and her nursing colleague was his usual efficient self.

General good but the build up on my front left tooth fell out within hours

I have been with Ganger ever since she started. I am very pleased that she joined the group. Such a lovely lady always makes you feel at ease.

Katarzyna and her glamorous assistant never fail to make me laugh and make me feel at ease. Even if they think my name is Howard. Haha

Great service rang as patient last Sunday left a message they returned my call Monday 9 am booked me in for an urgent issue that day can’t fault this dentist this saw me beginning with V But still in pain today and will wait a while to see if it gets better But a very good surgery

Having a needle and dentist phobia , I have been attending the surgery for few years now with the help of Puneet and Tracy I attend over frequently , I am not as bad but long way to go , but both of them are reassuring ,patient , talk me through everything , even telling me to breath , if they left so would I Thank you Ladies

I am nervous of attending the dentist but when I decided to have dental implants I could not praise Brad and his team highly enough. He explained the process and at every stage talked me through what he was doing and what to expect. I was also reassured by the fact that if I had any problems I could contact Loraine. I am really delighted with my new teeth as I can now eat and chew on both sides, and they look beautiful!. All the staff at Brentwood Together Dental are friendly and helpful.

Reception was very polite, My Dentist was very gentle (nervous patient) he examined all around my jaw line which has never happened at my old Dentist (had to get new Dentist as moved) need new dentures. The ones I have my daughters dog got them out my bag and had a good chew on them,

I have been with this dental practice (Braintree) for many years now and have always been impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the whole team; reception, hygienist, nurses and dentists. I was nervous as I have never had a crown before, my dentist carefully explained the treatment and did the procedure without causing any pain at all.

From my arrival to departure, I was shown kindness, respect and Mr Paulsen was as professional as always.

The staff were friendly, polite and professional. The dentist ( Dr Davina )and her colleague were extremely patient and thorough in the entire examination and procedure. Dentist was empathetic and she explained the procedure through out

The temporary cap fell off my tooth and I was given an appointment the same day I rang even though my own dentist was sick. Very relieved. Thank you

From the very friendly reception team to the actual dentist they made you feel relaxed. I had a extraction today and I'm a very very nervous patient and I can honestly say that i felt nothing apart from the actual pulling of the tooth all painless free.

I rang the surgery just after 0800 hrs and explained I had a toothache over the weekend and I need to see my dentist Arsalan I was asked whether I could attend at 14.00 hrs, which I accepted. Arsalan was very accommodating, asked what my problems was, took an XRay and we decided to have my tooth extracted. He explained what he would do and was very careful and gentle.
