The hygienist I had was brilliant I hate getting my teeth clean and she was so gentle and took her time. Was probably the best I’ve had and I’m 50! Definitely be back.

I rang to book an appointment to repair a broken tooth and was immediately booked for an appointment to rectify the problem. I arrived on time and was seen immediately. The procedure was completed with great care and all staff were very professional in doing their tasks.

Went in to have my partial top denture fitted. I wasn’t happy with the fit. He sanded it down and within 10 minutes I was on my way feeling disappointed and like some nhs patient. The thing is is that I was private and had paid £2500 for treatment spanning a month. I don’t know how long an appointment is meant to last but on every occasion I felt like a piece of meat being rushed through a process as quick as possible. Fortunately for me I have a dremel tool and after an hour in total of sanding to stop the gagging and feel of a brick in my mouth I got it right. He gave me the impession that he didn’t give a damn about the fit or lack of it. Like it or lump it responses. Very bad attitude that was dismissive and arrogant. I may have to change dentists. This one who I see in this practice gave me the impression that they are only interested in the money. I won’t name the dr. I gave some past reviews that were good but looking back I would change them. I expect a better quality of service being private. And also expect more time from the dentist to make the denture FIT. He fobbed me off when I said it wasnt comfortable and to me that is terrible and damn right unprofessional. (To anyone reading this who is having a denture. Make sure they put it right for you. You shouldnt be expected to like it and lump it and to keep calling them and going back time after time to get it sanded right just because they are rushing to keep the money coming in thick and fast.) they get paid a lot and should work for it and give people their full appointment times

Dentist was great. Reassurance and provided consistent information on what he was doing and how it would feel during the procedure. Treat was from a root canal done on a 12 yr old via the NHS. Done what a highly recommended local dentist (Abby Dental) wanted to send to a specialist and charge £1500 for.

Phoned Monday afternoon and was offered a Wednesday morning appointment for a broken tooth. Was seen and sorted within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Staff are always friendly. Been going for years now.

This was a quick visit to try out a wax version of my new plate. I voiced my concerns about the fit, and I think they were noted. I was seen on time, too.

I needed an emergency filling and was given an appt within 4 hours - I arriven on time and the appt was on time .Dr.Paulsen must be one of the best in the country - 15 mins later walked out - back to normal - 5 stars

All the stuff I have ever been in contact with at this dental surgery are exceptional. The dentist always puts me at ease with my anxiety has always been great with my kids as well. The reception staff couldn't do more to help. They're always polite and friendly, highly recommend

I have been visiting this Dentist Practice in Ipswich for over 20 years and continue to be happy with the service. Yesterday, the new staff were friendly and I felt confident that my check up was thorough.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The appointment was on time, and the dentist (Marko Glusac) and his assistant were very careful and thoughtful.
