My dentist is absolutely brilliant. She is very patient and caring and professional.

Lovely attentive service and aftercare by both reception, dentist and dental nursing staff from booking appointment to treatment and aftercare. Fantastic service.

Receptionist very welcoming and pleasant. Seen promptly. Matthew was very kind, gentle and professional.

But disappointed that I had to pay for my visit as it was treated as an ‘emergency’, when it stems from private health care. I was told by the dentist should I have any problems to ring for a 10 min consultation, which should have been part of my treatment plan! Not Evidental but Together & Colchester!

Always seen promptly and both dentists and hygienists offer great service. They explain what they are doing and are very thorough

It is difficult to find the right dentist, especially if you have mental health problems. I have always struggled with going to the dentist ever since I was little. Eventually as an adult I was able to do CBT relating to dentistry with Guy's hospital, this was brilliant for me. I then was released back into the care of Together Dental Ashford, Middlesex. I was paired with a lovely dentist, Sneha and nurse Tina. Both really lovely, chatty which helped me relax, not rushed at all. Sneha listened to my concerns and techniques I found useful in helping me during my visit to the dentist, she made sure enough time was booked out so there was no time pressure. Every time I needed to pause during treatment she stopped. I thoroughly recommend this dentist if you have difficulties when visiting the dentist.

Really efficient and helpful reception staff. The surgery appt was on time and I felt very reassured and fully informed by Mr Patel and the two nurses. The procedure went really smoothly and I was kept in formed at all stages. Good aftercare information provided. Thankyou

I liked going to the dentist because the goggles were a bit big which was funny. The dentist offered me cauliflower toothpaste! He was joking and it was actually mint and very tasty. E aged 6y

My previous dentist Kemi ( whom I had a great service from) has now left the practice, So I was referred to another dentist on previous visit. I saw a different dentist on this occasion. The dentist was friendly & informative. She had a nice, clear manner I have a tooth that's broken below the gum line & it's infected. I was given prescription for antibiotics. That was all good. I was a bit disappointed to be told that the extraction is not available at this dental practice & they would have to refer me to outside agency. Although I would prefer to have my treatment at the dentist I've used for years, which is within reasonable distance from me (I am registered disabled). I am a bit anxious where I will be sent & how long I will wait. Over all the staff at the practice are helpful & friendly. The location is clean & well presented. It is also within reasonable distance for me & close to parking & retail outlets

Referred to this dentist for tooth extraction and the lady that did it was brilliant, very professional

I have a cracked molar, Thomas had a good look, took an x Ray, showed me the crack via a mirror and explained my options. He offered an extraction on the spot, but advised to wait a few days to see if the tooth settles down and pain managed with paracetamol, as I am reluctant to lose the tooth this is my choice. Sorry Thomas, I did not mean to bite your finger! :( Top marks to Thomas for being polite and helpful.

Sadly my dentist left this practice a few years ago and patients could not be transferred to another NHS dentist so have not been able to have check ups etc due to the private costs. I was in a lot of pain and was very concerned but Michelle was so helpful and managed to get me in that day where I was seen by a lovely dentist, I cannot express how grateful I was and how much I appreciate the NHS which so many take for granted! At last I’m pain free and everyone was so pleasant.

Hygienist was really good and understanding. Dentist was running late and I was in the chair for less than 5 mins. It was a regular check up but Dentist waste of money.

Extraction done brilliant service

A great dental surgery that put you at ease. Friendly and helpful staff from Receptionists, Dental nurses, Hygienist and Dentist. The nice thing is you never forget your appointment, as you get plenty of notice on your reminder text/ email!!!
