Package was in the Post Box!
Actually when the package was delivered my phone received an alert. Returned home package wasn't on the floor. I was disgusted but when i opened the allotted public post box package was in it. Bravo!

Fantastic Resource for Old Books
Books were packed well and arrived before the estimated delivery date. They arrived in a condition that was consistent with the description and my expectations for second-hand books. It’s been a thrill to find books that are out of print. I’ve been using this site to find books that I had loved as a child to gift to my nephew. I was initially suspicious because I had never heard of this site, and the internet holds many scams, but this site is legitimate and wonderful.

Service Lacks Something
Books are as advertised about 85% of time. Company obviously has not trained its shippers to verify that order meets advertised condition before wrapping. I have made several contacts in an effort to obtain satisfactory service; good response about 25% of the time. A CSR will read this review and respond rapidly with an empty gesture to take some sort of action, but nothing happens 75% of the time except a disclaimer of "wow, that's too bad, hope all goes well next time."
