I love the selection and deals I have received so far. Also interesting blogs. They have something for anyone and I really enjoy everything so far. I would like to make a suggestion. I see that you have book clubs but if you maybe had a monthly book club and sent out a editors choice one book a month for specific genres of books and had a newsletter too with different articles from different members or something I really think something like that would take off.

The book I got delivered smelled terrible and shouldn't have been sent.
My last book I got delivered smelled so much of cigarettes that I had to air it out. Usually I have a good experience, but this made me physically sick when I took it out of the bag. Makes me second guess the ratings on the books. Not sure how they can say Like New when its obviously compromised.

I have purchased hundreds of books from ThriftBooks and the vast majority of the time, the books are in the expected condition. The prices are usually fair, and I love their summer reading sale which has enabled me to stock up on books needed for homeschooling. I also enjoy the free books earned and if there is a small problem; it is handled quickly by great customer service. ThriftBooks is highly recommended!
