I have just received my order from the fragance warehose 1 bottle of Paloma Picasso which is okay and two bottles of la perla classic 8ml mini Unfortunately both bottles of la perla classic have gone off they smell very rancid very disappointed about this as it wasn't cheap to buy have emailed the fragrance warehouse about a return of la perla classic hope I will hear back from them just to update the review I was provided with a prepaid label to return the la perla and received a refund for this part of my order on 20/10/25 many thanks for making it easy to return customer service was great about this and very professional

Easy to order and quick delivery

My product arrived smashed in the packaging. I informed the company who issued a returns label, I followed the instructions as provided and have heard nothing since. I was offered a repeat order and have seen details of the return etc yet I’ve had no further contact. Not good service!

I ordered a Ted Baker Men’s Skinwear 100ml EDT expecting a genuine retail product, but received tester bottles clearly marked “not for resale.” This was never disclosed in the product description. After multiple emails, I received no refund or meaningful response. I’ve now had to escalate the issue to my bank to recover my money. Very disappointing experience — I’d strongly advise others to avoid.

Experience desastreuse . Commande fin fevrier 2025 . Livraison en France par Fedex qui n'a pas livré le bon relais colis . Bien evidemment j'ai été débité de mon parfum et des frais de douane (140€) . Et depuis mars aucun retour , aucune réponse , fedex me renvoit sur Perfume Warehouse qui brille par son silence ! Quelle bande d'incapables ....

It may have been a tester but it’s a full bottle and my partner loves it. Fast delivery and price was fantastic

Although I wasn't happy with my product. I had a great experience with the company - I would use this business if needed in the near future.

I ordered a blusher and it came in a week, the blusher is sealed and new and was a good price. The delivery was royal mail but it wasn't possible to track as tracking didn't update until it was delivered, however I would use Fragrance Warehouse again.

Another incorrect order! Wrong perfume sent & company act as though it’s the fault of the buyer!! Still awaiting the correct perfume more than 2 weeks later. Overall AWFUL company, they don’t take it responsibility for their failings & put the onus on the buyer. The potential savings are simply not worth it.

Do not order from here. Received testers instead of the real item. Returned using prepaid label and RM have not been able to deliver it back to them after 9 days...

The process of ordering and receiving my Moton Brown product was very easy and efficient but the product itself Lemon and Mandarin bath and shower gel was very disappointing. The fragrance is very weak and does not linger on the skin.Very disappointed.
