Not tea since most are sugared, doctored water when steeped.

So far it is exactly as advertised. The whole family had enjoyed new teas and has a better under of what we enjoy and desire. No tricks...is what it is.

I've been subscribed for three months (I got the 2-months subscription). The teas are varied and taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before. It's a great way to discover new flavours on a regular basis when subscribing to their boxes. They even offer the flexibility of changing the content of your boxes ahead of shipment if you notice something you know you won't like when they announce the content of their next shipment. I used that option in my recent box, the process is very simple, entirely done through their website (they offer a list of alternatives you can chose from - again, a lot of variety offered on that list). The packaging itself is also very well done - on par with something you'd see on a store shelves, with resealable zip-locked bags.

So far everything has been wonderful.

So far we are enjoying the teas. We were also pleased how they were shipped, not too much packaging. And we liked being able to switch to the All Black box. That's a nice feature. Thanks!

Good service, yummy teas, clever different gift

My first encounter with this tea service, Tea Runners. It was a Christmas gift and I love them originality, packaging, timely delivery and most important, taste, flavor and richness. Looking forward to future shipments.

I cannot recommend Tea Runners highly enough! Customer service is excellent and incredibly responsive if there are any issues or allergy concerns and the tea itself is exceptional! There's a wonderful variety from month to month and it's nice that they occasionally include decaffeinated teas. 10/10!

Tea arrived in great shape

The teas and the system for brewing are totally satisfactory.

I received a 3 month classic subscription for Christmas from my boyfriend. When the January email came out detailing which tea samples would be included in my subscription box, I (very easily) replied to the email saying that I'd like to make a sample swap. My request was promptly acknowledged and I eagerly awaited the arrival of my teas. When my first box did arrive (on a Monday), it unfortunately was missing one of the 4 samples (the one I had requested as a substitution). I emailed Tea Runners to let them know, and immediately received an apology and an assurance from Charlie that he'd ship my missing tea out to me ASAP, and that I should have it by that Friday. The missing tea did arrive on Friday, and I was very pleased with the customer service I experienced. The samples themselves are also enjoyable, though--as some people have mentioned--a wee bit small. As someone who likes to try lots of things, but not necessarily commit to a whole bag or box before I know if I like it, this really is the perfect solution for trying all different kinds of interesting tea varieties. While there is one sample that I'm not particularly enamored with, the other 3 are delicious, and I'll certainly be enjoying them to the last leaf!
