There cancellations policy is so vague. Never used this service before and I had to cancel because of work . Canceled 22 hours before there 24. They would not tell me how much it was and they ended up saying it would be the same as the regular cost or service. I said okay let me just keep it then. They said oh sorry we can’t rebook without charging cancellation. Mind you all within the same hour. Very vague and poor transparency.

Good communication, listened carefully to what we wanted, and it came out so much better than we imagined. Brought the right tools, and knew how to use them! Made great suggestions. Beautiful workmanship. Highly recommend!

The excellence of execution!

I had a technician come out to replace a flapper and a toilet that was running that one he was able to fix just fine, but I also had him replace a flapper in a second toilet that was perfectly fine before he worked on it and after he worked on, it immediately began running constantly Mistakes happen so I fully expected when I sent a video the next day to Taskrabbit asking them to send him back out to fix it that they would. Instead, what they offered was a 50% credit which meant I would still be spending $60 more than I should as all of the Handyman in my area I have a two hour minimum. So it was $120 to get him out there they were going to credit me $60 and then it was gonna cost me another $120 to get someone else out there! I spent an hour chatting with customer service, explaining why this was not satisfactory to no avail. Sadly, I will not be using Taskrabbit again.

What made our experience great was how quickly we had a tasker out to our home to do the job! The very next day! The ease of finding a person, the vast choices of people and ease of payment were also factors.

Bel did an awesome job with cleaning our rental property so that it's move in ready- highly recommend her!

This service makes it really easy to find local people to do small, odd jobs around the house and yard. I’ve been really satisfied with the Taskers I’ve hired. It’s easy to book and the reviews people write provide great guidance about the strengths and areas of expertise of the Taskers.

It was great being able to find help on a Sunday evening, but the difference in what I paid vs. what he received was huge. It does not cost Taskrabbit the $60 difference to make that connection. It's wage theft.

This was my first experience and I found it frustrating. Two people cancelled on me before I was able to find someone to help me. Fady was great but it took him a little less than an hour and he had a two hour minimum. So it was an expensive experience. The app was also having problems which added to my angst.
