I ordered the Talisa Stars Birthstone Bracelet as a present for my mom. I really liked the idea of customization, which I find very special and unique. The customer support team was very kind and helpful, providing me with shipping information and timeframes for my order. My bracelet arrived on time for the special occasion, and the quality is perfect. Mom liked it so much:) I highly recommend Talisa Jewelry!
Shipping was great! Only five days from placing the order to receiving the item. That's pretty much it for positive impressions. So I guess I'm really complementing FedEx. Not Talisa Jewelry. I chose to upgrade the chain and get an additional 2" of length. What arrived was very disappointing. It was not 20" long. It looks like miniature bathroom chain. Those linked little balls. The pendant looked pretty good, but the diamond seems to be a little loose. I will buy a nicer chain locally and have the jeweler check the stone setting. In the end, they have refunded 1/2 of the cost. Which is honorable. So I would recommend that you only order the pendant. As it was pretty good. But buy the chain locally.
