My order arrived so quickly I was shocked! I ordered a necklace for my boyfriend for Fathers Day. It’s beautiful and exactly what I expected.

My package got lost in the mail, they were SO QUICK to get a new bracelet made and sent out. Great quality product and even better customer service!

Easy ordering and the product is beautiful. It is a Father’s Day gift so he hasn’t received it yet.

The product is perfect but it took quite some time to come in and no updates for me

The bracelet I sent in for repairs came back smaller/tighter than the one I sent in. My wife cannot wear due to it being to tight on her wrist, and the risk of it breaking again because it is to small and requires to be stretched to put it on.

I received someone else's personalized order. It was a Father's Day gift, and now I don't have mine in time to give to my husband. The company did apologize and they are offering me a full refund. However, I was really looking forward to giving my husband the personalized bracelet that I originally ordered.

Great product and outstanding customer service!

Product is nice. Delivered as promised….no complaints. Size was too small. A little tight on my wife’s wrist. Suggest sizing up the bracelet unless the person has a really small wrist.

Wonderful gift - craftsmanship, accuracy & shipping timing was excellent.

Product is cheap material, has scratches on it and doesn’t look how it should. Totally embarrassing I have to give this to my girlfriend for her birthday.

It took much longer than expected to receive item. When I did receive the item the quality was near trash...it looked no different than a bead bracelet my grandson made in pre-school. $120 wasted.
