This company is shocking

This company is shocking 2 months, no installation, no sorry or anything . In May they said they would connect the first part then a week later they would need someone to be at home for the final install. I booked time off work then they cancelled said no line in sight, I had to contact them to find out what was happening. They said it wasn’t them who fit it but would get back to me. Eventually they said they would send a supervisor out to assess the problem, never heard anymore, I contacted squirrel once again they said the same again and they would find out from ms3 the cable company. Weeks after, many emails later they told us to chat to our neighbours to see if they could span a cable across their yards, so I went round to see them. All said not a problem. I contacted squirrel to let them know, weeks later they gave me another date for installation, once again they never turned up. I contacted squirrel again who didn’t believe me , they then told me to be at home for the final fit. (which I booked time off work) but they never turned up at all . Got no response from squirrel again, we are now mid July so I cancelled it. Had no sorry or anything, they are a joke!!

Very quick installation

So far so good, we had broadband installed 2 weeks ago , the instalation was very quick, the router arrived the day after and was very easy to set up , although we haven't been able to use it thoroughly as we haven't moved in yet , the service seem ok so far .

AVOID! threaten you with Β£85 charges & CCJ's

They can't wait to get your money very helpful up until that point, once you want to cancel they don't care about you one bit they want their router returning which I agreed to do but don't own a printer the only people to reply have said either I pay to return it using tracked & insured couriers or invest in a printer if not they want Β£85 for a router that costs Β£25 off amazon πŸ˜‚. Company is a joke, they're expecting everyone to own printers if not they don't care they'll just threaten you with a CCJ which is what they did with me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Highly recommended

Everything was exactly as we had been told to expect. Jack was fantastic from us first meeting him and signing us up to Squirrel. Once the box and router were installed, I managed to change the change the mobiles, the computers and Sky with no problem, but struggled connecting the doorbell, the Hive, and the shower(!). However, the wonderful Jack was incredibly supportive and helped us to sort these problems out, we were so grateful. Just a couple of things in terms of the change-over: - the router arrives the day after the box had been installed which meant a very tight time limit for me to sort things before we went away. - more instructions/information about connecting devices would be useful for us "oldies". In the short time we've had Squirrel (given we've been away for a week!), I am very happy with the internet service, and particularly the support from Jack. We got a great deal: Β£1 a month for 3 months and then half what we paid KCom for the duration of the 2 year contract. (KCom put the price up 3 times during my 2 year contract with them, I had naively thought a contract meant that the price was fixed for the duration of the contract!) I'm really hoping that Squirrel continue to perform so well and offer such great prices, and am very happy to highly recommend them.

Awful service

Awful service, they lie are not trustworthy would not recommend, scammers told me I had 30 day cooling off period and now saying 14 and won’t cancel my contract
