Overall, pleased with the quality and taste of the food. Delivery was okay, but two items were damaged and the food spilled out - not good.

All good options, easy and quick to put together. I love the mix of hot and cold ingredients and the balance of flavors. I also appreciate that it is truly whole food plant based - low on oils and packed with fresh ingredients. The only one we did not like was the pasta option. Gluten free pasta does not really stay fresh if not eaten immediately after cooking. It was crumbly and hard.

I never received my food. I also tried to reach out to support and never heard anything. Obviously the charge is getting declined on my credit card.

Most meals were great. Love the nutritional information. My only disappointment were some soggy carrot strips and vegetables in a more salad type entree.

Rachel N. Helped me process the order when I was already late ordering Wednesday. She understood the concern about my daughter having COVID and me gifting her sprinly. She was very courteous and processed my 2 weeks order and also graciously agreed to stop it after 2 weeks. Excellent service.

Packing is great. Food is not flavorful in the least bit. We have been so sad about the meals.

The food was excellent--delicious and fresh! I love the meals and feel good about eating them. My only request would be an approximate "best by" date on the meals, in case I cannot eat them right away. One meal was marked with "eat this first" but I did not feel any real confidence on how many days the rest of the meals could sit in my fridge before being no longer good to consume. I will definitely keep ordering Sprinly--excited to try more of the meals!!

The food is amazing. Every meal has been as fresh as if I made it myself. The ingredients are healthy but also taste great.

Everything so far is delicious! The meals don't look like their pictures but still just as appetizing: plenty of fresh vegetables and leafy greens. Which means they don't freeze well and it would be better to heat them in a pan than in a microwave. But, again, very delicious and I'll keep subscribing especially when I received a beautiful handwritten thank you card!

I was looking for a provider willing to process bereavement gifts as a one-time thing. I wanted to send a week worth of vegetarian meals for a couple who are going through a difficult time. Most providers required a subscription plan which is something I didn't want. I reached out to their customer service, and they were very supportive and accommodating. They ensured my order would be handled as a one-time purchase. I couldn't give them five stars because the automated system automatically processed my "subscription" and charged me for the 2nd week. The customer service was able to stop the subscription and gave me a refund on the 2nd charge. My only tip, I would suggest they add this fantastic feature online for others to consider purchasing. Amazing folks! I'd recommend them!
