Nope

Nope. The meals on the first order I received were not edible. I got them with the gel packs defrosted and leaking all over the meals and the meals were warm to the touch. The companies only solution is to give you a credit. So I order again. The new set of meals were delivered today. We tried the Bean Burrito bowl, which only consisted of beans and rice. The meal had no flavor and the accompanying "salad" was soggy. We then tried the Lasagna, all I can say is YUCK. There was a inch thick tomato sauce on top and through out the meal so you only taste sour tomato, and again, the salad was soggy. Next we tried the Pesto Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomato Cakes, NO NO NO. I didn't mind the cakes but they were burnt on top. We ended up throwing out all 12 meals and since they don't have a refund policy, I guess we are out $200.00. I don't know who's trying these meals and saying they taste good, but they don't. I've cooked Plant Based Meals, so I know they can be very tasty. I think Sprinly needs new recipes.

Your freezer bags were not frozen

Your freezer bags were not frozen , lettuce was wilted , seniors don’t like tour food. And you didn’t make it plain to cancel by Tuesday night. So I’m stuck with six more bad meals. We realized I was a better cook than y’all . Sorry, I only wanted to try for one week . Mariann Douglas

I've only had two bowls so far

I've only had two bowls so far, and both were not as fresh as they should be... lettuce was wilty/brown in one and the cabbage was brown in the other. The one with cabbage had hardly any flavor, either. I added salt and cilantro, but it was still almost inedible. I ended up dousing it with Bachan's Japanese barbeque sauce so it could get eaten. Kind of misses the point, then... I don't really want to eat the rest of the meals since these two were not very enjoyable.

Just perfect!

I’ve been needing to have a more vegan diet so this service is wonderful. Fresh, organic, gluten free, and delicious! This week the ice packs were still very cold on arrival but not frozen at all. I’m sure the food is fine but hope those packs will be frozen next time.

The food is excellent I want to order again and will now. I was unsure at first because of communication problems. It was difficult at first trying to call and email and not getting a response. It has been resolved and will order again,

Great concept..but minimum meal plan too much food for this modest eater.

I love the concept of what Sprinly is trying to accomplish - healthy vegetarian meals delivered to your home weekly with the flexibility to skip shipments as needed/desired. That said, after trying the service for one week, I decided not to continue for the following reasons: 1. As the only non-meat eater in my household, I realize that six meals (each more than adequate for two dinners) per week is just too much for me to consume/enjoy by myself, while the food is still fresh & tasty. 2. It may just be my tastebuds, but there was a similarity to the meals in my first shipment (flavorings, spices, etc.) that became redundant after about Day 3. I am now on Day 8 and still have one complete meal left to open. 3. I'm a pescetarian and try to eat seafood (especially salmon) at least 2-3x/week. I supplemented my Sprinly meals with additional protein, including seafood, extra fresh tofu, etc. 4. As a 2nd-generation Japanese-American, I look forward to enjoying Asian cuisine at least 2-3x per week. While I enjoyed Sprinly's Osaka Soba Noodles with Tofu & Peanut Sauce (the only meal I consumed in one sitting!), again, there was a similarity in the flavors/seasonings of the combination meals I received. I also missed having gohan (Japanese rice) with some of my meals. Which I could certainly have made myself, but that was hardly the point of signing up for Sprinly! 5. Several years ago, I subscribed to Hello Fresh for a brief period and appreciated being able to "mix & match" menu selections, so my husband (now deceased) could also enjoy some of their more carnivorous meals. I love to cook and having all the ingredients I needed in exact proportions to prepare their meals without wasting the inevitable overage was a definite plus. 6. Finally, I applaud Sprinly for launching this new meal delivery service and wish them much success. Unfortunately, I just don't eat enough at one sitting or fast enough to benefit from their minimum six-meals/week delivery program.

I love your food. I am 82 years old and very tired of my own cooking. I found that I was not eating well. Your meals have gotten me back on track with my health and my life.

Great food, but expensive.

The food is very good and I like the variety! The best food delivery service I've used. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the expense. I know I won't be able to use the service long-term.

Not for my taste palate.

The meals don’t taste good to me and the leafy greens (kale and spring leaf) did not travel well. I had to throw them out. I’ve been vegan for 20 years so I was really disappointed.

No competition!

Prior to becoming disabled, I cooked everything from scratch. So it has been extremely difficult for me to embrace convenience food, especially since the quality, textures, and nutritional content of convenience tends to be appalling. Sprinly provides high quality, balanced meals that don’t disappoint. Well worth the expense compared to other meal delivery services.
