I visited the clinic to get a couple of simple Botox injections which I had already purchased but was then and stupidly talked into fillers to fix my issue. And it was totally my fault for agreeing, to their suggestions. But what really bothers me is that I asked for Botox to correct what they advertise on their website and instagram pages for correcting marionettes lines. But was talked into a “filler” instead. Another person came in to assess my concerns and said I should do filler to address my marionette lines, which their site says that Botox will help”. I am so angry with myself for letting them fill my “marionette lines” with a filler, instead of what they advertised as Botox solutions. I will never go back to this clinic for any cosmetic treatments. I feel like they are totally about selling to customers and do not have a vested interest in their client needs. I spent over $1100.00 for what I thought my Botox credits would take care of. Again, my fault, buyer be ware.
And then at my appointment, I was waiting for the technician for about 30 minutes before she came into do my procedure, The procedure was quite painful and I must say, not very effective, I had “filler” for my marionette lines. I am 62 and did not have drastic lines and the “filler did nothing to improve the look”. What a waste of money and my time. I originally went into the clinic to get Botox for my marionette lines (they adversities for this treatment), but was talked into filler. Boy was I taken in as a dummy. Totally my fault, “buyer be ware”. I got totally sucked into pressure sales from the “consultants” office. They really don’t consult, it’s pressure sales. Sadly not as professional as I thought.
I felt like I was another widget in their wheel. I felt like it was all about sales and making money. I will never go back, nor go back to the Eglinton Ave. Location. I had a poor experience there and will not go back, I will choose to age gracefully instead. Every woman should consider to do the same.
