I am extremely disappointed with a recent experience I had with skin vitality—unfortunately, not for the first time. After a previous negative incident, I chose to stay away from their services for quite some time. However, I recently decided to give them another chance, only to be let down again. I was interested in booking a service at a special promotional price they had advertised. I was informed that a consultation was required beforehand, which I already found unnecessary and time wasting, but agreed to anyway. I scheduled a phone consultation for a particular day and time. However nobody contacted me at the time booked, and no follow-up was provided. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is incredibly unprofessional. Based on my experiences, it does not reflect the standards one would expect from a reputable business. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your customer service and communication.
