The after sales team acted perfectly. It was the delivery by TNT that lost your company two stars. Although we waited in all day, the item was offered to a neighbour to take delivery, which being an old peoples home, they declined. As there are only three houses in the road we were surprised the wrong one was chosen. Eventually six days later the parcel arrived.
