I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Simply Conveyancing got on with the job! unlike general solicitors who always put house sales at the bottom of the pile I thought this dedicated and focussed approach to conveyancing worked extremely well. I always knew that my house sale was important, that efficiency was top priority and constant communication essential. Good job well done.
The lawyer kept in contact during the sales process. There were some delays due to other parties, however she worked to ensure things were ready as soon as possible. Issues were resolved quickly where possible.
From the start they explained all the steps in details. The website is easy to use and takes you step by step.
We found the process for our sale and purchase with Simply Conveyancing to be as straightforward as any transaction of this magnitude can ever be. This is my second review as Simply Conveyancing removed my first one. We have had significant issues purchasing a house and the seller has chosen this company. It has been a simple purchase however we are experiencing delays and stress due to the total lack of communication from the sellers solicitor to ours. Avoid avoid avoid!
