I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

What started as a “straightforward” conveyance became a “Pandora’s box” of hidden, difficult and complicated legal problems. Finally, we got to exchange. The whole matter was dealt with by Mollie Douglas, who was under so much outside pressure because of the time it took to get things right. I have total confidence in Mollie and would recommend her and Simply Conveyancing to others. You may be the one who choose a new house, but it’s only the Solicitors who make it your home!

Staff have been very friendly and helpful. They have kept us informed all the way through our house moving process which has meant this had been an experience which we have found very easy going. Nothing was to much trouble and they were always at the end of the telephone for us. The speed in which they achieved our sell was completed really quickly in around 90 days.

I found Simple Conveyancing to be very helpful. Our first buyer pulled out just before the exchange and they just started again with the new buyer, which was included in their fee. Where they could they responded to the other Solicitors queries without having to involve us.
