I’ve had Shawbrook Cash ISA for a few years. Interest ates are competitive and consistent so I don’t feel the need to change provider all the time. Peace of mind…tick. The online banking system is simple to use and emails arrive in time to act. I’ve never had to use customer services…it just works. No problems to date.

Not impressed with the service. Tried to change my nominated ) linked account). I was inefficient lengthy. Spoke to various people who gave me various instructions. finally spoke to Chris with a strong Irish accent, who after going through security and a long conversation cut me off. I waited for him to ring back but it didn’t happen. I guess they would say they are looking after my money but there is a polite courteous way to deal with the customer. They don’t seem to care about the customer what so ever. Disappointing.
Two recent fixed ISA accounts opened. Process was seamless and customer services great on the one occasion I contacted them. 1) Roll over from existing ISA. Better rate available within 14 days so transferred with a single phone call. 2) Transfer in from another provider - excellent communications as the transfer progressed.
