Sizing issues mean being charged for return and replacement
We ordered 3 pairs of jeans, 2 exactly the same size, one 1 inch smaller at the waist, and all identical in length. The sizes varied wildly in width and length, so we had to return 2 items and re-order. Suffice to say we were charged for returning the 2 items, as well as being charged for delivery of the replacements - which feels a bit mean of the company.
