Prima product maar slordige adressering
Prima producten, snelle levering. Maar waarom wordt de bestelling thuis geleverd als er expliciet een dhl afleverpunt is geselecteerd. Product blijft dagen onbezorgd omdat het bij de buren wordt afgeleverd die veel van huis zijn.

Returns charge
I have numerous Selected items including two pairs of trousers identical to the ones ordered. However when they arrived they were both tighter and shorted than my existing pairs so I needed to return them. I was disappointed to discover I had to pay the delivery again to return them even though this was simply because of variation in Selected’s sizing. Wouldn’t buy online again.
