Had a lease agreement for 3 years no issues whatsoever. Humza and team were great no missed payments over covid which was an unsure time… while property was empty again no missed payments… I will highly recommended Sandra Davidson I shopped around before letting to them competitive rent compared to other agents and no hidden charges or unexpected deductions.
