I had joined and started getting good takedown requests happen. Then I asked a simple question about service, if they could do something, and they immediately after leading me on some kicked me off the service from "not being able to serve me". Just because I asked not said I had to have the feature, I just wanted to know and they acted like they did at first for some reason! Felt so cold, rude, I wanted the service, so had to go to the competition which was way nicer.
Update: My identity documents were perfect. I asked them about dealing with my regular real identity and they asked for details, and then turned the attitude on and as you see in the response is BS. Am I fake? No I am here, obviously not fake identity cause else why would I post here? I asked for additional service potentially and if possible, not a must have, they seem to have really generated a hate for me from just asking. Which is really weird and twisted to do this to a customer, just hate them and still so bold about it even here. Ceartis and cammodelprotection thought Rulta was nuts for doing this, said they know them and they have a very bad work culture and horrible attitude towards customers.
Update: You must not understand how it feels when you just cut off a customer, who was having you remove links. Without saying "Oh can you update your identity information, it doesn't match"? You never did. In fact I get it now, it's because I'm transgender isn't it?? You biggots. I did change my name in the past, is that it? Man you all are anti LGBTQ+ I see. Why didn't you just talk to me instead of cutting me off cold??? I felt terrible, You hurt me, I have never been a bad customer. Your just mean.
