I’m not really happy with the service
I’m not really happy with the service, I been using them for 2 months and paying the medium membership..they take down some things but not much. I already chat with them and told them about this problem weeks ago yet nothing changed. Apparently you can’t do the reports from your phone but only from a computer with their extension.. too complicated for someone who travels, also did the personal request search but doesn’t feel like they do their work because everything still there, all they do it’s the automated search which is not all I payed for and also is not the most efficient.
