Absolutely delighted with my experience at rtwkin clinic and the natural-looking results achieved after my filler treatment! Dr. Nina's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the moment I walked in. She took the time to understand my goals and concerns, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Last month, I attended the clinic to have Botox & fillers. The day after the treatment, I could not open my eyes properly and my lips were asymmetrical. I contacted the clinic and asked to come in to see one of the doctors. The receptionist was not accommodating in terms of appointment times, saying the doctors didn’t work past 4pm. I took time off work to go in. I saw Dr Nina who said she thought I looked a lot fresher and could not see any issues. She called in Dr Fatima who also said there was no issue. They then called in the business owner who was rude and brash. He, “You paid for the treatment, not the results. We have provided the treatment.” An extraordinary statement from the owner of an aesthetics company.They offered no solution or part refund. I had attended the clinic several times previously and been satisfied with results. I spent five weeks forcing my eyes open and developed headaches as a result. I couldn’t go out over Christmas. My lips are still crooked. RTW Skin offered no apology and, with the three of them surrounding the bed in what appeared to be a choreographed routine for dealing with complainants, I felt quite intimidated.

Personally I would avoid (especially if you have an alternative). Couldn't provide potential photos of what the tattoo removal would look like as it contains yellow ink. Didn't inform me that they would refuse to do the coloured part due to a previous reaction until I had arrived, wasting a Saturday morning.

I went for laser treatment for thread veins. After my first session I felt some of them looked worse so decided to give it another try in the hope it may improve with another session. When I voiced these concerns I was told that they couldn't improve the particular ones I was concerned about and would no longer treat those. It was not my first time at this clinic and so can't say I was suprised.

I really enjoyed my experience in rtw skin. The staff were very polite, welcoming and kind, plus the clinic is really hygienic. I can say trust in them with closed eyes; their work and atmosphere is very good. They are responsible with taking care of their patients, something I rarely seen a clinic do like theirs. This clinic is one in a million in Tunbridge Wells, England. If you visit, you will feel how great their service and treatment, they have very advanced equipments and great doctors who run them. Very pleased with their services, really recommend to visit.

Would definitely recommend, had lip filler and baby Botox and looked so natural. Brilliant service and had no issues with healing. They were clean and professional and really put me at ease as it was my first time with anything like this!

I have had multiple treatments at rtwskin and have loved all of them. The staff are always very professional and they take great care of you. I have had microdermabrasion facials, filler and baby Botox and I am a return customer. I can trust them completely, they know what they are doing and I have always left with a good result.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. Aksana and Dr Nina do my Botox and they are very thorough and explain everything to you. Dr Fatima has removed some moles for me and is very kind and considerate she knows a lot and actually advised me on another issue whilst I was there. I saw Gemma for my waxing treatments and she was great, she also introduced me to laser hair removal which worked really well. I love the staff and the treatments, everywhere is so clean and theyre always in the know with the newest treatments ! Xxx

Fantastic place. I have been coming here for many years and have always been completely satisfied with all the treatments I've ever had. Nina is usualy the person I see, but have also had treatments from Dr. Fatima and on occasions other staff. Great team, great clinic. Looking forward to returning when I get back from my travels. Staff made me feel like I was one of the family. Very well run clinic – very happy atmosphere. Will do all they can to accommodate your needs. Explain everything in detail and offer discounts to their customers on a a regular basis, making it affordable for many more people. Highly recommended.

The best service and staff - 100% recommend. I went to RTW unsure on how to cure my outbreak on my face (and was incredibly self conscious about it!) however, the team at RTW reassured me and gave me products to use which have completely changed the way i look and feel. I live in London and will only visit RTW as I have so much trust in them.

Amazing professional service always. Friendly knowledgeable staff and many options to pay for the more expensive treatments. Promotional evenings are well worth attending. Dr Fatima is absolutely lovely. Advice given is always trusted and never pushed if treatment isn’t necessary. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to RTW Skin for more than ten years now and my skin has completely changed over that time. I trust the advice I receive from the staff and have had a really positive experience with the Obagi range of products, and a range of facial and body treatments from facial peels to firming and toning body treatments. I’m a single parent on a modest income, so I appreciate advice I’ve been given on how to get maximum value from RTW Skin’s products and services. I have taken advantage of their competitive finance scheme to spread the cost over time and I look out for their special monthly offers and discounted Christmas vouchers (which I admit to giving myself as a gift every year!) In short, I trust these guys. I can’t recommend them highly enough (and no, I’m not on commission!)

I love the facials/skin peels at RTW Skin. The atmosphere is good and I enjoy my experience there.
