Steer Clear
Last month, I attended the clinic to have Botox & fillers. The day after the treatment, I could not open my eyes properly and my lips were asymmetrical. I contacted the clinic and asked to come in to see one of the doctors. The receptionist was not accommodating in terms of appointment times, saying the doctors didn’t work past 4pm. I took time off work to go in. I saw Dr Nina who said she thought I looked a lot fresher and could not see any issues. She called in Dr Fatima who also said there was no issue. They then called in the business owner who was rude and brash. He, “You paid for the treatment, not the results. We have provided the treatment.” An extraordinary statement from the owner of an aesthetics company.They offered no solution or part refund. I had attended the clinic several times previously and been satisfied with results. I spent five weeks forcing my eyes open and developed headaches as a result. I couldn’t go out over Christmas. My lips are still crooked. RTW Skin offered no apology and, with the three of them surrounding the bed in what appeared to be a choreographed routine for dealing with complainants, I felt quite intimidated.
