The website was down and not able to …
The website was down and not able to process order, but I was still able to view the site. I was charged and the order stated it processed but 20 minutes later I got an e-mail that read my money would be refunded in a few business days. Just a bad experience

Listen, I live in Texas Nd practically begged any and every vape store in the area to order the nautilus 5mg tank set up and was ignored for months. Finally artisan on east chase looked up rock bottom and had nothing but great things to say about them and that they are trustworthy. I ordered what I needed and got it within 4 days or so. Love you. Thank you. You’re the best!!! Couldn’t be happier 🌸

Great selection
Great selection, had what I needed. Of course it took USPS almost two weeks to finally deliver it! Would rather pay more, and ship it UPS!

Great customer service, fast shipping.
I have ordered several times from Rock Bottom Vapes and have never had any kind of problem. My most recent order came with one coil that was DOA. I contacted them and they instantly made it right. Excellent customer service!

My order was accurate and on time. I like the pen but it gets hit way too quick and the coil makes the vape taste like it’s burning. When I contacted Rock Bottom about the vape pen via email I never got a response.
