Very bad service.
Ordered from this company and for 2 days my order was awaiting fulfilment. Emailed the company and was told that there software had my order on faud protection. Also was told if they couldn't get it released I was to get a refund, which I had to email them again to remind them. So out of all this I never got my order and had to wait for a refund. Will go back to buying from VapeDna. Never no problems.

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. USPS lost the package I had ordered from Rock Bottom Vapes. I filled out a claim with USPS and then contacted Rock Bottom Vapes. Rock Bottom Vapes shipped a new order to me free of charge and just asked that if I receive the shipment that was lost to either ship it back to them or pay for the items they just shipped.
