Amazing service. I received a lemon battery (no fault of Rock Bottom Vapes) and called to inform them of this. They returned my call very fast (within the same day) and made sure I was taken care of quickly. They sent me a replacement right away with fast shipping and a prepaid return label to send the dud back. New battery works great and I’m happy. Great service, 5 star.
I bought a tank from them and when i got it i filled it and put it on my mod, 10 minutes later fluid was all over my desk, i emailed them and now instead of asking me how they could fix it all they wanted was my order number, which all they had to do was look it up from my email, i don't know what they are going to do but to me this is unacceptable service and i will not deal with them again.
