Driver arrived for pickup on time. Truck was shipped with no damage and no issues. Driver arrived at drop-off on time. It was a easy process and everything worked out perfect. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again I will definitely check Roadrunner first! A+++

I had a very frustrating experience with Roadrunner Auto Transport. Their customer service was consistently rude and unprofessional, even hanging up on me multiple times when I tried to clarify important information. They missed the scheduled pickup date after assuring me it wouldn’t be a problem, and when I reached out to find out what went wrong, no one seemed willing to help. To make matters worse, they provided incorrect carrier and dispatch information, adding to the confusion. I would not recommend their service to anyone based on this poor experience.
