Roadrunner was fantastic. They accommodated our time frame. We had to have our 2 cars picked up on a specific date because we had moved, had our flights booked and would only be available for a few days. They picked up both our cars when we needed them to be picked up and delivered them exactly when promised. The driver was fantastic and understood that I was particularly concerned about our cars and cautious about the whole procedure. He did a GREAT job. I was so happy with Road Runners service & I highly recommend Road Runner.

Very professional over the phone, and gave a competitive price and pick-up time up front. Delayed pickup by 5 days then tried raising the price almost $400. Very unethical company with bait and switch.

very bad company, quote you one price and then tell you it is not available and have to double, cheaters at best, hope this company go out of business.

I was visiting Pismo Beach when my car started having engine problems and became undrivable. Unfortunately, this happened on a Sunday, making it difficult to find immediate help. After some research and multiple calls, I found RoadRunner and was able to arrange transport for my car back to the Bay Area. Armando, the representative I spoke with, was very patient and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. By Monday, my transport was confirmed, and my car was shipped the following day. The person who picked up the vehicle was courteous, professional, and ensured everything was handled with care. Overall, the service was efficient and reliable during a stressful time. It would have been helpful to have more updates throughout the process, but otherwise, I had a positive experience.
