The engineer was professional and repaired the machine quickly no mess thankyou.

The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.

Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

The engineer was excellent

The engineer was excellent. He worked patiently and methodically lifting and moving the heavy tumble dryer from a cramped space and room to carry out the repair. He was cautious about damaging nearby walls and respected my property throughout. He finished the job with little fuss and ensured the machine was in working order. Thank you indeed!

From calling AEG to the engineer arriving was seamless. He gave me phone call with his arrival time. He was neat and tidy and respectful of my property. He fixes the problem quickly and left everything dry and tidy. Really impressed with the engineer.

Knowledgeable and skilful engineer

We booked a repair work for our 3-yr-old AEG fridge freezer through the AEG website. The respond service engineer was knowledgeable and skilful, so the repair work was quick. He was also polite and punctual, and he even brought our appointment time forward, so we didn’t need to wait too long. This was our second time having them repair our AEG appliances in a year, and they’ve always done a good job. They are still the best option for the repairs, however, it is very costly. It is, therefore, even better to stay away from AEG products for how easily they break down soon after the 2-year warranty period is over.
