Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay Β£120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a cΒ£200/Β£500/Β£1,000+) as Iβve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after Iβd been charged Β£120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until Iβve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldnβt recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

We had a rat in our kitchen, contacted Rentokil who responded immediately. The operator came out that same day and laid the traps. The peace of mind the operator gave us was brilliant, he was hugely knowledgably, kind and courteous. The rat was caught and the operator returned and removed the traps. Excellent service!!!

The Rentokil employee for my area is excellent. He has vast knowledge about the business and consistently gives good advice about rodent problems. He always contacts me to arrange an appointment at the 3 month stage. His van is always well stocked ready for every eventuality. Compared to some of the previous operatives who may have lasted a few months this one is very experienced and has a bank of knowledge of the subject matter.

Arrived on time, asked all the right questions and came up with a number of suggestions. Since his visit, the noises (possibly birds but may have been a squirrel/ rodents) have now disappeared, hopefully for good. Hence, not needing further investigation. We would have no hesitation in using Simon/Rentokil in the future and whole heartedly recommend him/them.

I already have a contract with Rentokil for mice control and see Ade regularly. So, now my present experience which has been so traumatic has been made much easier by the continuity of Ade's visit.
