Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Very professional, but quote was £1100, called a local pest control expert who fixed it for £190. Please be careful with this company, make sure you get other quotes as I believe they are taking advantage or potentially vulnerable people

The technician had booked the appointment on the previous visit, and she arrived promptly at the appointed time. She was thorough in her checks and replaced materials where needed, having already ensured she had with her what I was likely to require, particularly replacement pheromone pads for the moth traps in my loft. The technician was friendly and efficient, and happy to book a date and time for my next visit to suit my schedule. I am very pleased that she will now be my regular technician.

This review is a follow up to the previous one written. After writing the review I was contacted by customer services, they said Daniel Murphy would be in touch to discuss the communication and service issues I have had. This has turned out to be fascial, he did contact me and said an operative will visit to fill the holes. The operative did fill the small holes and suggested they should have been done on the first day. He filled the small holes and said someone else would be back to fill the big holes. Daniel did call and said that he did agree the service was below there standard and said he would leave the traps for 3 months, and that an operative would visit this week. This has still not happened. I have repeatedly called Daniel Murphy this week to find out if someone would be coming. In conclusion, I am now filling the gaps myself and am no nearer getting any kind of service which I have paid for. The near £3000 I have been charged is tantamount to day light robbery. And I think my next contact will be trading standards. I can only advise people to not use Rentokil as they will be bitterly disappointed and no doubt be ripped off for an over priced service. Steer clear of this company, you will regret it.

“Big Dave” (as known by his Company) was absolutely brilliant!! Called within 5 minutes of me making contact with the office (despite it being very close to closing time). His professionalism and calmness helped us through a very traumatic experience! Worth ever penny !! You realise when something like a rat infestation happens- you really need the experts to rid you of these pests and get peace of mind!! Thanks so much !!

We have had great service from Charlie at our site for many years - he is incredible friendly an absolutely goes above and beyond for site to make sure we solve any problems that happen - I could not not recommend this service enough.
