Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Had a lovely guy called Brad Pearse who really went above and beyond to help. For 6 weeks he came regularly and stuck to our arranged schedule, he was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining what needed to be done and what I could do to help myself. He also reported faults within the property to my housing provider so they could do the repairs blocking all holes etc sealing the property which was done very quickly. I am now free from pests and feel happy in my home. My young son is now happy as the issues were causing us both severe anxiety and lack of sleep because of the constant noise during the night. I would definitely recommend this company to others and really wish to say a big thank you to Brad.

Contacted my landlord regarding query rats in loft Was swiftly contacted by Brad from Rentokil to do initial visit Brad is very professional, and really accommodating due to me only being able to do a certain day a week! Brad has been visiting for quite a few weeks now, explains the whole process in detail on each visit, and has kept me up to date via message about further investigation’s or future planned visits.
Rentokil have a great online portal which is great to track recommendations and activity. Rentokil follow their service planner and will email in advance to arrange a date. They always return for follow ups and keep me up to date. My reason for selecting 4 stars instead of 5 is I find Rentokil expensive when I receive quotes for recommendations. Their prices are high and we look for other contractors to complete the work for us at a cheaper rate.
