The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Craig was brilliant from Rentakill , he was really kind and patient and went above and beyond even as far as helping me out with my complaint against orbit honestly the man needs a pay rise !!
Paul who always attends our surgery, is very professional, helpful and will offer advise if we require it. Paul is also very considerate that we work in a working office and will wait to speak to a member of staff once they have finished a call or with a GP. Paul always makes sure that he cleans up after himself and all paperwork is filled in correctly. I highly recommend Paul and the company he works for. Paul is a credit to Rentokil. A* service.
Jodie was very professional and helpful in her visits to our home. She put us at ease and talked us trough each step and provided guidance on how to ensure we avoided similar issues in the future. She took ownership of our case and ensured that we had one point of contact through the process which helped to make us feel like we were valued customers. I couldn’t give a more glowing endorsement of how she conducted herself.
