The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
Unhelpful Customer Service
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

The two part moth treatment appears to…
The two part moth treatment appears to have been successful. The operative arrived on time and carried out the treatment within approximately 2 hours each time. Furniture was moved as necessary and the property left tidy behind him. Very satisfied.

The level of service from Rentokil & Jamie Noctor on his visit, was outstanding. Jamie was thorough & personable, a great representative of Rentokil. (Going the extra mile) Even speaking with a colleague Richard Phillips re a potential problem on site, who was responsive in attending site to discuss. Honesty above all else
Honest understanding sympathetic and tried everything to eradicate rats from outdoor cupboards where boiler is. Rats ate through bristle strip so mesh had to be put in instead. Simon who visited was exceptionally helpful as was surveyor Min
