I applied for a product but got…
I applied for a product but got rejected because I live in community housing. Very unhappy with the costumer service provided especially since I have contents insurance and the place where I live has video surveillance. They tried to explain why they couldn't supply the product and yet I have different products rented and haven't been rejected once because of the type of accomodations provided. Very unhappy with difrent rentals. And it's quite funny that I've got a great credit rating and because I live in community housing I'm not allowed to rent an iphone because apparently people can steal your phone I don't know how as iPhones these days have biometrics unless someone was going to take my face off and use it I don't know how they could steal the phone. I got sick of their poor excuses. It was one excuse after another I'm glad I didn't go through difrent rentals as they have incompetent staff
