Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

I’ve just brought a house with prospects and all I can say is Beth Murphy has been absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone using prospect if you want your experience of buying a house to be pleasant please go with her. She went over and beyond for us that even after we didn’t get our first property we wanted to stay with prospects because of her outstanding customer service. She always replied back to me immediately and assured me. There was no game playing like other agents she was very honest. We just cannot thank Beth enough wish there was a 10 star for her.
I have had a very positive experience with Prospect. The online-based admin makes it incredibly easy and convenient to track and sign key documents. Our Property Manager, Lily Sines, has been very efficient and genial with all of our correspondence.
Beth Murphy of Prospect Estate has been absolutely wonderful. Trying to locate a new house close to myself for my elderly parents has been made possible thanks to Beth. The specification of requirements given by my parents was fairly extensive and Beth rose to the challenge ensuring all were met on more than one occasion. Unfortunately my parents had to bow out of the original house due to health challenges but Beth has since found another and look forward to them moving in during March.
