Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

We had our Flat valuation recently by Prospect estate agency, Mr Toby Herman was valuation manager who visited the property and we were glad that he did great in getting the valuation with attention to detail on each aspects of our Flat and advised on the current market condition and buyers interest. Also briefed the best practices which Prospect estate agency follows in shortlisting the Potential buyers with predefined checks done, which further saves the overall time for selling completions.
