Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

We rented a flat via Prospect for a year in Maidenhead. After the rental the deposit hasn’t been returned. The agent said she was recommending a full return from the Landlord and would get back to us, then nothing. We have sent repeated emails but got no reply. I even went to their office in Maidenhead and the guy in the shop told me they could not do anything as they are “retail’ only. I told them I would make a complaint to the TDS and they just said “go on then”
Just recently purchased our first house with only our first viewing with thanks to Abi Heppner. She has been great towards are property search and highly recommended 👍🏼

Recently had a viewing with Abi and she was fantastic! Being first time buyers this is a whole new experience to us and Abi helped us make sure we didn't miss anything on the viewing and even gave us food for thought that we may not have thought about otherwise. I've used Prospect twice now to sell my property and would 100% recommend them. Beth Murphy did the initial valuation and was my contact throughout. Michael worked out of hours to put forward and negotiate offers. Beth went above and beyond to help get our chain to exchange and I honestly don't think we would have got over the line without her help. She dealt with a particularly tricky solicitor and kept me informed on developments in the chain throughout the process - constantly chasing all parties. She was fantastic! I can't rate her highly enough and by extension Prospect.
Abi Heppner has been conducting viewings at my house, she is also such a delight to me and the clients as well as always remaining professional. The first viewing she booked for me to view even ended up being the one I am now buying. Would highly recommend Abi to anyone!
