Ordered a couple of mugs from the store back in February (ceramic and glass pumpkin mugs) and have used them consistently since they arrived, they have held up amazingly and adore them both as they are my go to mugs. On arrival there was a problem with the glass mug as it arrived damaged, but it was replaced after emailing them.
Placed an order before their stated 1pm cut off, paid for express delivery. Never received an email confirmation from the company itself. Waited until the following day, still nothing to say the order was dispatched or even confirmed. But payment had been taken. Emailed the email address provided on their website only for it to bounce back saying it’s an invalid address. Called the number on their website to be told I have dialled an incorrect number. This is a scam website. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS OR PART WITH ANY MONEY. FAKE WEBSITE. Update 15/06 - you have taken the time to respond to negative feedback on this platform but yet have still not looked into the issue. Still no confirmation email received, or dispatch email. Yet you’re stating I have time to cancel my order…how is that possible if you’ve already send the delivery as you claim? More lies. No explanation as to why the email address and contact number provided on your site are bogus? How about you respond with legit contact details, rather than worrying about your status on a review platform as it may impact on your ability to fleece others?! Total scam!! Further update 15/06 to this scammers/liars response- YOU HAVE NOT emailed me for me to respond to - more lies. You are claiming my order was sent as a priority service on Friday, as I placed the order before 1pm, so I am still unsure how you have managed to cancel this order if it’s already in transit? Further lies. I understand the concept of next day delivery on a Monday-Friday basis. At no point have I stated I expected the delivery over the weekend, however it should have been dispatched on Friday for a Monday delivery, which you have obviously not adhered to. Nor have I received any dispatch email from your bogus company. The fact you have now removed the contact number that was shown on your website shows the lengths you are willing to go to be dishonest. It was the same telephone number associated with your PayPal account - as confirmed by PayPal themselves when I raised the claim. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I am covered - other victims, I mean would-be purchasers, might not be so lucky. I will gladly upload the screenshot of the telephone number that you are now claiming has nothing to do with your company. YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM.

What a fantastic family run little business. I recently purchase a set of 3 gardens mirrors, very competitively priced, unfortunately when they arrived one had been damaged in transit, I emailed as soon as I opened the box and discovered this, Jenny replied to me within the hour and dispatched a replacement the same day. You don't get customer service like that from big companies where everyone is anonymous. Thanks so much Jenny for the lovely mirrors and more importantly, the tremendous customer service. I'm now going onto the website to see what else I can buy.

Good quality items except one item I had ordered I was told afterwards that it was out of stock..but item sent in a different colour
I’ve had a few subscription boxes, and also got the seasonal ones. Luckily I also order one for my daughter as on this occasion hers had a few items missing. Which was replaced pretty quick once I emailed. But what if we hadn’t of ordered 2 boxes she would never have known items was missing. And I have seen on a few posts this does happen quite a lot. So I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get the boxes . Maybe each box could or should contain a list of items which should be In the box?
Order was sent out quite quickly and the cup is lovely. I would have awarded more stars, however, there was an error in the picking and I received the wrong cup (which is a Christmas gift). I contacted the company and they swiftly replied and apologised for the error. Unfortunately the cup I wanted was now out of stock so they offered me a refund and to keep the cup. I will use them again in the future as they have some lovely things.
I am a first time customerwhen i received my ordr which was quite late in the evening it was the wrong size shelf. I emailed to inform them and Jenny came back straight away, we sorted out the correct one before the next morning and I was allowed to also keep the incorrect shelf and had the right one within a couple of days. Let me know when item House mug was back in stock and received my mugs which was beautiful really quickly. I also bought one for my friend who loved it. Only downside was it was more expensive than last time it was in stock but managed to get a discount code and was really pleased with my purchase, delivery and updates from company and would definitely buy from them again
Oh my, where do I start? From placing my online order to receipt the communication was first class and delivery was 3 days earlier than expected. But…. the real surprise was opening the boxes and being able to touch the products and see them lit up. The LED houses are stunning and lit up they really do bring Christmas to the home. I absolutely love them - so classy. the house mugs I bought as gifts and we will be using them Christmas night for our hot chocolate treats, My husband and our grandaughter will love them. If you are thinking about buying from this seller, do it, they are totally trustworthy and their products are beautiful, you will only be sorry if you don’t!
