Our Laurastar S6 (used for home laundry) was malfunctioning. We have previously sent it back to Laurastar for any work that it has needed, but found Premium-Products on a search and, as they are UK based, decided to try them. From first contact to return of our ironing system we have been very impressed. Rapid and efficient collection, turn round and return. We were contacted by the company to discuss the findings and recommendations. Now back in service, we have found it is working better than it has for some time.

First apologies to Premium Products and Services, this review is not about them but Premium Products WB LTD. I Ordered some lawn feed on Amazon and this company who was supplying used Hermes as it's courier 😖😖 I didn't receive the bag of lawn feed and have twice requested a refund, but as of now I am still waiting. I will not use an outside company by Amazon again. Bad manners not to reply to sent emails.

After dealing with Laurastar direct for many years and now being told by them my iron is obsolete and need to buy a new one, I was doubtful and decided to look elsewhere for service. Well this company is amazing, I have used this company for the first time, and the Ironing system complete has come back like new. It works better than it has done for years. Did not receive items ordered and payed for. Firm said items posted and were probably lost in post. This firm is shoddy and sailing close to scamming customers. I query how they're allowed to advertise on Amazon!!! Have no dealings with them

I ordered logs through Amazon from this company on 17 Oct. Apparently they left the facility and were picked up by courier or some other delivery service. I can’t apply for a refund as they say they might still arrive. Amazon are no help at all so I will have to wait indefinitely.

This company is nothing to do with a similarly named company who are experiencing difficulties. I apologize for my error.

Ordered paint has not arrived. Seller marked as dispatched 11 days ago. Don't be fooled

This is a scam company. Like many other people purchased a product from this Company through Amazon. It never arrived. The Company never called me back. Amazon need to accept responsibility and refund monies - but it refuses to do so.

Ordered a bag of bulb compost through Amazon with this company and as others have said product does not arrive, I have requested a refund but surprisingly no response from them. I hope Amazon will be able to assist me with this, what an absolutely sham company. Shame you can’t give a no star rating.

Ordered paint through Amazon but wasn't delivered. Kept being told by business to wait to see if items turned up. Despite several emails to business I got no reply. Thank goodness I got money back through Amazon. Do not order anything from this business

Jatinder Singh GHUMAN Is fraudulent. He owns many companies and resigned pro most. Probably for tax evasion. This guy needs to be reported.

Do not use this company ordered 2x 360 dehumidifiers on 6th October still not here amazon contacted them still no reply. Worst company I have used . Probably a scam . Would give a 0 if icould. AVOID. Was supposed to come by royal mail. They never received the parcel. Also so many negative reviews. Amazon should not use them on there site . Amazon refunded me. Still no contact from company.

The order never arrived when I emailed them they never had the courtesy to reply, contacted Amazon to get refund but still waiting for refund, Terrible customer service definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from them

Ordered Kirkland water thru Amazon. No sign of it and no updated tracking. Waste of time.
