Ordered a bag of bulb compost through Amazon with this company and as others have said product does not arrive, I have requested a refund but surprisingly no response from them. I hope Amazon will be able to assist me with this, what an absolutely sham company. Shame you can’t give a no star rating.

Did not receive items ordered and payed for. Firm said items posted and were probably lost in post. This firm is shoddy and sailing close to scamming customers. I query how they're allowed to advertise on Amazon!!! Have no dealings with them

Ordered paint through Amazon but wasn't delivered. Kept being told by business to wait to see if items turned up. Despite several emails to business I got no reply. Thank goodness I got money back through Amazon. Do not order anything from this business

This company is nothing to do with a similarly named company who are experiencing difficulties. I apologize for my error.

Item never arrived no explanation from the morons selling it complete waste of time

I ordered logs through Amazon from this company on 17 Oct. Apparently they left the facility and were picked up by courier or some other delivery service. I can’t apply for a refund as they say they might still arrive. Amazon are no help at all so I will have to wait indefinitely.

Jatinder Singh GHUMAN Is fraudulent. He owns many companies and resigned pro most. Probably for tax evasion. This guy needs to be reported.

I used this company for servicing my Laura Star iron for many years. I decided to sell, and they offered to buy. but the price offered was a lot less than I wanted. So asked them to return my Iron and board. Have now requested its return for several months. Been fobbed of with excuses 6

Received an excellent service from Premium Products and Services. Were very transparent on which parts required replacement will full explanation of costs. Would definitely recommend if you need to service your Laurastar or if you having issues which need rectifying.

This is a scam company. Like many other people purchased a product from this Company through Amazon. It never arrived. The Company never called me back. Amazon need to accept responsibility and refund monies - but it refuses to do so.

Do not use this company ordered 2x 360 dehumidifiers on 6th October still not here amazon contacted them still no reply. Worst company I have used . Probably a scam . Would give a 0 if icould. AVOID. Was supposed to come by royal mail. They never received the parcel. Also so many negative reviews. Amazon should not use them on there site . Amazon refunded me. Still no contact from company.

Ordered Kirkland water thru Amazon. No sign of it and no updated tracking. Waste of time.

Please do not buy a Laurastar iron from these people. They gave me a 2 year guarantee and when it stopped working they couldn’t sort it then ignored me. Went direct to Laurastar and they said these people are not authorised to conduct repairs in laurastar products and you should t buy our products from them.
