Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Lacked Initiative and Clear Communication
Premier Property Lawyers were okay in the end, but I wouldn’t recommend them. The overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication throughout the process. It often felt like we had to constantly chase them just to get things moving, and they didn’t seem to take any meaningful action until we became more persistent—almost like we had to be an annoyance just to get progress. There were also moments that made us question their understanding of the process or their qualifications, as we often had to prompt or clarify things that should have been straightforward. While the job eventually got done, it shouldn’t take this much effort to get basic updates or movement on a case. If you’re looking for a stress-free or proactive service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish
Andrew has been absolutely fantastic as our solicitor from start to finish. He has been so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. Andrew took the time to keep us informed and up to date and was always so prompt in answering all our queries and questions. Andrew reassured us along the way and made the process of buying a house as stress free as possible and we are so grateful we had him as our solicitor.

Property Sale
We are currently in the process of selling our property and have been working with Premier Property Lawyers. Although we’re still mid-way through the process, I wanted to take a moment to share our experience so far. From the outset Amy Holt has been professional, communicative, and very easy to deal with and have responded promptly to our questions something we truly appreciate, especially given we’re handling this sale from overseas. While the transaction is still ongoing, we’ve been satisfied with the service so far and feel confident that we’re in capable hands. We’re hopeful for a smooth completion and will gladly update this review once the sale is finalised.

Great friendly advise and support
Great friendly advise and support The solicitor was very friendly and took the time at the start of the selling process to explain the steps for selling the property. I had issues with the property which was holding up the sale, Kirsta provided useful and practical advise on how to resolve these issues, with my personal situation in mind. I would strongly recommend reaching out if you are selling a house and want a simple sale.
